Client takes several minutes to start up on new laptop
 

I just received my new laptop today and installed Graal on it. For some reason the client takes forever to start up. I tried running it in compatability mode, as an administrator, and regularly. My laptop has a dual core 2.0 ghz processor and 4GB of RAM, so I know my laptop is good enough to run graal. I am on Windows 7. I've tried both v6 and v5.
Edit: it seems to load quickly if I open it directly but if I use a shortcut it takes a few minutes.
edit: seems to work entirely on v6, but i had to go to the actual file and tell it to run in compatability mode by going to properties. will keep this thread up for others with the same problem.

new problem: the application crashes a lot when going to the log in where you pick a server.
yet another problem: when i minimize it and open it sometimes I get a blank gray screen.
