Bellview is still hiring and is a of now a dev server. It's currently called dev patrickp2p, it's really crappy because NO one has replied yet to my staff oppening. :cry:

GFX'ers
LAT's
Gani's
Scripters (MAJORLY)
And every other possible Dev team.

There was already a proper hiring thread, this probably should have just been posted as a reply.

Anyways, if you want to get other people to help out with your server, you need to have something good and substantive to show off. You will need to be the primary developer and primary motivator. If you don't think you have the skills, then just train under a waterfall for a month and then you will.
