Aengus Bow Glitch
 

Whats the difference between these two? I received both while praying...

Weird. I remember in like 08 the Aengus Bow didn't work.

Also, they both work / equip / kill stuff.

can't bless it anything useful because it's a relic or else it would be good.

Points to the larger issue, that there's such a narrow selection of good blessings. Aengus, with a slow and confusion combination should be a really good anti-mage god and fair averagely against warriors.

Just marked it and prayed and it turned into Aengus's Eleven Bow of Aengus +5

You'd have to bless something like Ivy Bow to Aengus or else it'd never break AC though.

can you drop one of them? try dropping one and see if you can. =O you shouldn't be able to though.

I believe it's because you need to cast identify on the bow that is simply +5, and it should reveal that the bow is actually of Aengus as well. The thing that interests me though is I've never heard of the ability to gain more than 1 of the same relic at once. If you ARE able to stack 2 relics, I wonder if Viper is right about you being able to "drop" one. It would be quite valuable if that were the case :cool:

They do stack after being identified...however they go away when dropped and can't be added to a sack etc. :\
