I would like you to hold up your hand, are you doing it? Good, now look at where your thumb is, you should notice that your thumb resides on the inner area of your hand, not on the outer area as your picture suggests.

I would also like to point out that your necklace is magically floating. Your fingers are astonishingly webbed to the point of being considered conjoined. And finally your light source seems to be coming from a bunch of different places at once.

It's pretty clear that he was showing his own picture because it was his inspiration for the other two images which he posted.
