I'm not too excited about the lighting, but I guess it's the best I could do with the patience I have nowadays :D

Yeah took me a minute to realize what it actually was, but after studying it I finally got it. If you look closely drew there's upper halves of sky scrapers/buildings, and it's being covered in storm clouds with lightening and what not.

But yeah deek, kind of has readability issues imo, there's too much focus on the clouds, and not enough focus on what they are covering.

did some touchups, soft dithering added to the clouds, some depth added to the buildings

Looks nice man. For some reason the first time I saw the image I had a flashback to Stage 8 of the original Contra for NES. Not sure why, but, good memory anyway. :D
