There is a temporary housing ban on a specific part of Zormite Island.

Northwest AV-15 to Southeast BC-20.

It's the general area located underneath the shipyard.

Hint, you can use F5 ingame to see what XX-## you are in at the moment.

As current and future standing empror of zormite ur denied. But srsly, just curious why? You planning to move something there or what?

The area under the shipyard for Zormite has almost always been reserved the Zormite Navy mostly the Fleet Admiral... Mostly for an RP stand point; they can go from Resting at home to war in a matter of seconds.

Zorbi can climb up the sides of your boat in the middle of the night and slash your throats while you sleep like the ocean ninjas they are. We only play along with your silly boat battles to humor you.

:( Fishing Rods should do more damage to Zormites....

Ever try to catch a shark with a fishing rod? Actually, don't. Start with alligators and see how well that goes for you.

:( you dont use a Fishing rod for Gators.... you use a Gun and shoot em in the soft spot on their head.....

Since GK doesnt have guns.....

Arrows should slay Zormites in1 hit when shot at their head :D

Oh no no no, those are LITTLE sharks. Fish for sharks like they did in the US navy. Stick a chunk of meat from the kitchen onto a big hook. Attach it to some steel cable, hook the other end to some welded in place steel railing, and toss it over the edge of the U.S.S. Enterprise aircraft carrier.

Come back a few hours later to find the entire railing gone.


Also, a shot to the soft part of the head [and quite often even a hard part] with some sort of firearm will pretty much work for most things. Why do you think people scream "BOOM HEADSHOT!" so much?

I know that but i mean for Gators in particular; though if you shoot a gator on the wrong spot of their head your going to cause bone fragments to fly out which will just cut yo ass up :(

Did not know that. Though when you put it that way it sounds like a rather Zorbi thing to have happen.

=========UPDATE===========

The temporary housing ban has been extended to cover AV through BC rows 13 and 14 as well at 15-20. This includes the shipyard bay and the coastline immediately above it. If you currently have a house in this area let me know and I will move it to a safer location.
