My friend lost his password.

My friend lost his password :\ his account name is Graal755899... He is not gold subscription and he deleted the email containing his password... could you reset it please? When i tried to reset it myself is said he needed to be gold subscription...

Your friend has to email [email protected] and prove ownership of his account before they'll do so.
