as you know flak and bow were disabled in events since they shoot over walls, put now name decided to disable ALL mvp+ec related weapons from events, including mp5 sd which is a perfectly normal gun

If it was about buffing your guns, yeah I ignored them. If you have something important then make a support ticket under my department. I try to respond to PMs as often as I can, but yes the beat way to contact me is via support ticket.

It's the ETA's choice if he wants to disable them or not. He also did a public poll to decide. I'm not sure what option won but I'm guessing the majority of the people wanted it disabled (Basically everyone without those weapons).

Tk, considering the fact you pretty much have every gun on the server, you shouldn't say anything about buffing guns or *****ing about certain items not being allowed in gang events. Get over it.

It's not the Flak/Bow/Nitro and whatever that people will have a problem with. It's guns like the PL9 Logistic and the Mp5 SD which are essentially just normal guns that you have to work your ass off for to get. It's no small feat to be MVP in 10 gang events.

Its honestly not that hard... Seth and Frankie both got 4 MVP coins apiece in one night of events. If anything the prices should be raised or the coins shouldn't be given out like candy.

There are 5 given per week and 9-15 per set of gang events. Given that they host gang events 1-3 times a week there could be as many as 50 MVP coins given in a good week. That's 6 or 7 PL9s or 4ish Mp5's if I'm not mistaken.

Since the same 5-10 people always win Event and Week MVPs then its essentially giving them a free route to high money income, despite the high amounts of EC and /dropmoney they are already gaining. Players like Wil or Seth can easily never do a job and get rich over the course of time with the current flow of these MVP coins etc.

I don't know what this has to do with them (MVP Items) being allowed in events, I don't see a problem with it honestly... but this is what I thought of when they were mentioned.

tl;dr Give out less MVP coins... the economy is barely fixable as-is. This is just making it worse.

im not crying, especially cuz i own all he best guns on the server so im not the one who's being penalised by these dumb decisions

If you re-read my post, I'm pretty sure I'm talking just to you, and not everyone else on the server... Maybe you aren't bright enough to understand that.


On a different note though, since we're talking about gang events, we should consider using different KoTH levels, the map is too small and it always seems like 1 gang is going to have the advantage to the chest room because of the way the map is structured.

Suggestion: I'm pretty sure YenroY's old KoTH levels are still around, plus that gmap for KoTH was much bigger and a lot more levels to get through to get to the chest room.

Just take some time to update the scripts and everything and just use that map instead...

Also, my personal thoughts on this though are that I do think that the Pl-9 Logistics and the Mp5 SD should be allowed in events, since they are normal weapons and don't have any special perk to them to make them unfair for teams to have.
