Change in GK
 

If we ever want GK to be successful, or if we ever want to actually enjoy GK we have to be ready for change. GK has a lot of potential but it's been stuck in the same boring place for years now.

Although I'm sure that a lot of ideas about GK have been passed around and even though we have been promised updates soon, I think in the mean time we can at least test new things. Implement small changes that can create dramatic differences in playability, even if for short time and if you don't like it, you can always go back to the same boring Bombaria trade room to spend your days.

We the people have the ability to influence GK's success, but we have to allow change to happen. We also have to start voicing our opinions more, we need our voices to be heard. I hope every one starts using the suggestion board more, no matter how stupid you might think your idea is, please at least give every one a chance to hear it.

Who knows, you might actually be responsible for implementing some thing in the game thanks to your idea.

In the spirit of this thread. Can a group of you all give me the names of 2-3 fancy names for common RPG metals? Y'know, so we don't have "mithril" like everyone else. I mean... it IS Mithril in purpose but its something that appears unique just for us. 2-3 would be good for a start. Any number of "fancy" metals would be good too if they're supposed to have innate abilities like resistances.

Kinda keep an idea for what the metal is supposed to do. Don't need 4-5 Bosh-tier metals. We need some stuff that's just barely better then what you'd expect steel to be in an RPG, and can be set up in a logical progression after that.

If there's any metal names you think should have special properties [like cold resistance, psychic resistance] throw those out with the names.

Basically I'm just going to put them together into a list, which will then turn into a super suggestion of content I'll put up for everyone to look at and complain about.

Valyrian Steel [Cold Resistance] is the only thing that comes to mind. :)
