Friend just started playing.
 

My room-mate just received an email to create an account, and his email is d*****[email protected] I won't give his password, or the full email but either way it says "An account with the name you typed in does not exist."

He obviously has the email stating it does exist, and we have tried copy and pasting the password, email, typing the email a few times and each time it does not work.

How would he go on playing without choosing guest?
Does this happen to a lot of people?

I searched "account does not exist" in the search but it did not pick up anything in the forums.
