Dev Imbavik is Hiring and needs more staffs.
Dev Imbavik (later to Mercia) is going to be a MMORPG server.
And should not by any copy of Zodiac in some sort.
I want to hire some serious workers and someone who
Wants to work serious, not just fly around whit staff boots.

The staff positions i need for Dev Imbavik/Mercia are in this list:

- LAT (for inside level's and Gmap).
- NAT (for making scripts like HP System, and Exp/level system and so on).
- GANI(make ganis for spell casts, weapons and all kind of stuff).
- GFX (to make weapons, spell effects and useful images for the gmap).

i hope anyone wants to help me out whit this MMORPG Server, if you wana get hired, send me a email ([email protected]) there you tell me some info about your self and your graal dev experience.

or you chould come online on Dev Imbavik/Mercia and ask m whit PM in-game if you want, you find me on my Server ofent ;)

I'd wouldn't be able to work with you because I would have to decipher whatever it is you are saying.

This was just rude, he mentions what he needs, and it's an mmorpg, and clearly states what type of people he needs. :o

D: I'm going to assume the creator's main language is not English, and that he is possibly trying to use good grammar.. "not totally" But since you aren't exactly implying he doesn't know English well, and that you, yourself, might have to decipher everything.. I suppose it is an alright reason to have... But that fact that you didn't really have to state it.. D: Just seems slightly rude, but again could be a good reason to not work for someone...

Anyway,
Even though you are owner, or manager, and necessarily don't have to do anything but manage.. Usually if you can't do much, you also may not be able to correctly state what you want done.. Also, when this happens workers under you may not want to keep trying to improve it towards your expectations or specific ideas. They will sometimes decide not to keep trying and quit.

Ex. As a graphics person, my 'boss' on Frontier would ask me to lets take an old project, a stick of dynamite, gunpowder, and the wick. Without getting into too much detail, I created the wick long and messy/scattered, the dynamite sticking up, and the powder in a dumped pile. He didn't tell me exactly what he wanted and told me after he wanted the dynamite sideways, wick in a circle / wound up, and the powder scattered oddly. Then I had to mess with the colors after redoing it once again. >.> It gets annoying.

Same with levels, if you want them good you'd do it your self towards how you want them exactly.

Then, you may have quitters because they may take it you aren't really doing anything, and that they are doing all the work..

Finally, without knowing a lot about the positions, or what is considered good work, you may hire someone as high staff, who many not even be that good.. Five years ago, while Babylon was popular and GS2 was just starting, I was working as LAT under a twelve year old, whom fired me because I redid a few of her levels much better. The owner liked them.. but she was pissed, jealous, and jailed me. I actually have the pictures lol..

Not to mention making them high staff, people you can't trust could wipe out your server and destroy it...

I mean, I wish you the best of luck of course ^.^, but you'd do better to try and learn some of the positions.

Also, I'd skip the Mal statement. Most servers won't go anywhere because half the current Graal population are loyal to the servers they are on now. Unless all their friends up and decide to go to it, you'll have a good population of visitors wanting to see what the server is about.. and then probably nothing. Although, it did seem like Mal had a few problems...

Thank you ^^, i hawe got my a good job on the Gmap of Mercia, and LATing now, and also do GANI and Weapon GFX well, just Scripting is abit hard, but i'm learning.

and about that English part. No, My English Gramma aint that good maybe :P, but thats beacous thats not my Main Language, but well.
