I keep getting banned randomly.
 

I keep randomly getting banned for random things I didn't even do. I previously got banned for some time, I have no clue how long. I tried to log on after not playing for like a month, and I was banned for 28 days. The reason said for using "hacking tools". How was I hacking if I wasn't online?

I've gotten banned AGAIN, for 99 Days, when I WASN'T EVEN ONLINE, for "Stealing accounts from other players."

I've still got... 78 days. Please unban me, I've done nothing wrong.

Someone on Unholy Nation said someone might be using my account, and I've changed my password.

on iEra or PC Era?

If you have hack tools open (even unused) Era sees that and will ban you

I don't have any hacking tools. = =; I didnt do anything!
