Classic baddies still required?
There is the question of v6 still needs to support the classic baddies thing (baddies added by editor), or if servers now use NPCs for them?

Unholy Nation still uses the default baddies in the majority of its quests.

While it's kind of you to ask, I don't think you really should. In the end, it's up to you. And to be honest, they are so freaking outdated, playerworlds should get a replacement anyway, no?

Well, there are multiple custom baddies examples in the Code Gallery, so it isn't hard at all to setup simple baddies. I say remove them or, like Crow suggested, make a replacement.

Maybe if you disabled the editor baddies, UN would finally convert from GS1 like they were told to do many years ago....repeatedly.

You know the built in codes in the old editor? Like the lamps and lights, etc. Just create a simple baddy script and add them to that.
