My First Couple of GFX's
 

Here are some of my GFX's I've made. Take note this is my first 2 graphics that I have made. The small staff I think is personally better and the big dagger type graphic was the first one I made so I do think I'm improving. I should have done something with the top of the handle on the dagger (the black) it looks weird.

You've got the idea going, just needs some tweaking. Spheroid objects need circle shaped shading which you can go different ways with depending on how you want it to look.
