Stupid question about content use
 

I looked through many of the default graal MIDI files, and saw many stef## files. Are these allowed to be used on a server like the default sounds like the sword and bomb explosion sounds? What if they are slightly modified to sound different?

The stef files can be used as is.

I'm fairly sure the majority of the stef files are created with loops from some keyboard or music program, because many people have heard extremely similar things elsewhere on the internet. I can't imagine them having restricted usage.
