Graal.exe

I can not open this file, as everytime i do it says "make sure internet cable is connected, and make sure firewall doesnt have graal.exe blocked"
how do i check if firewall has it blocked?

What security software (if any) do you have installed? Is Windows Firewall on? You can tell in the Control Panel.

i go to click on windows firewall and it says "due to an unidenfined problem, windows firewall setting cannot be displayedd"
