More globals.. seriously!

I don't think Tig, Xor or Skyld even play on the PC anymore. I mean, I sent Tig a message 2 weeks ago and got no response (I'm not the only one). Same for Xor and Skyld, they seem to always be on the iPhone.
Here's an idea, hire a group of iPhone Globals, and PC Globals.

I'll take the job guys.

iPhone servers are not covered by PWA duties as it is, so the problem is not likely that they are "too busy with iPhone servers" as they have no job there. Xor being the only exception of course, due to the fact that he is manager of Classic iPhone.

Currently iPhone servers are covered by their own management, as far as support goes, in that they have their own support e-mail addresses separate from supportATgraalonline.com and accountsATgraalonline.com already. So if what you are saying is completely true, then it's not a factor of them giving too much attention to iPhone, it's moreso that they're neglecting their duties where they belong.

You forgot Tigairius is busy working on Kingdoms iPhone and Skyld he's kind of in the shadows as far as a PWA goes other than scripting or just assistance on request. I think it would not be a problem to have some more active participants in the PWA, It's the PWA and not the PWT (Playerword Trio)

We still have Twinny.

Already stopping you there. No global actually plays Graal.

True, but a team is better than one man. He cannot spread himself too thin or he's not going to be as much help as he could be, we might as well have none.

I think it's equally important to get a system setup that actually lets globals figure out and track support issues better. Like a support center.

But we all know this is can only be solved by the hands of a greater power which are currently in another pot for whatever reason.

MattKan 03-04-2011 03:24 PM

Last time I checked Skyld was working on his own iPhone project (Rudora iPhone)

Fulg0reSama 03-04-2011 03:48 PM

Okay, then clearly the problem has to do with either priority or being shorthanded if all the information presented in this thread is true.

fowlplay4 03-04-2011 04:14 PM

If I was Tig I wouldn't respond to you either, you're a terrible person.

Last I checked Stefan is working on a new support center, but it's still bugged. I guess he's trying to make it 'anti-'anti-unixmad.

I spoke with Twinny and between 12 hour days and the gods trying to wipe Australia off the face of the earth he's been doing his best to keep up. I do feel that he could use a little extra support though from the remainder of the team.

I had a few hours to spare and was gonna see if I could help out but found out that my rights had finally been removed. Stefan must be finally catching up on his todo list.
