i could easily be the only one, but such a device is something i would gladly pay for. i mean, sure, any actual incarnation wouldn't function the way i'd like it to (it wouldn't bring back the players i miss, for example) but still.

would it not be excellent to be able to "go back in time" and play on the worlds of yore as once they were? i've not actually played graal in a very, very long time. mostly because everything i remember is completely gone. the older i get, the more nostalgia seems to work its dark will.


that said, am i alone in this somewhat unconventional desire? and if not, where/when'd YOU all go back to for a bit?

Would be nice to see Babylon before it got ****ed up.

well, yeah. maybe i should have refined the question. let's assume we're going back with our present-day knowledge.

i probably should have added an "and why" bit in the original post too.

I had totally different standards and expectations back then. What I enjoyed then is probably not something I'd enjoy now, so then it'd totally ruin the tiny last bit of nostalgia that keeps me around this place.

If I had my present day knowledge and went back in my Graal Timeline... I would probably again pull a Back to the Future and tell everyone of their fates.

If we're fantasizing, give me a real life time machine instead.

Some one should just make a new server thats in completely gs1, with an old tileset and similar levels to past player-worlds. It could be fun if there were a lot of quests. lol

There is a DVD somewhere (not allowed to say exactly where), im sure you can find it by googling it. It contains past playerworld files. Sorry I cant be more helpful since it could result in a most likely ban :(

To any administration:theres nothing wrong with this post now. It adheres to all the rules even if it is bending them its not breaking them.

Also how bout we go back in the past for 6 months. Quit any forms of payment to graal pc for 6 months, let the player base build up and let the iServers generate the income then slowly re-introduce cash shops but not the gold subscription and stuff, let buying servers be paid for and those card packs but general play for free for everyone.

As for the future... so far I see nothing great or promising announced.
So I won't believe such things will happen.. But while its up, and I have a lifetime classic,
I'll continue to play and try to teach.
