PCID Confirming via email

Is it broken or something? I reformatted my PC recently and it won't allow me to log on a few of my accounts because the owner needs to allow you via email. I go on to the email, either I don't get one, OR when I click the link to confirm the account, it says "notrequested" .

Fixplz.

I don't see you trying to access your WaDaFack account from any new PC location.

yeah i can't get on my cubes account anymore because i got a new pc and didn't confirm the first email that was sent because it went to spam and now it wont lt send me another email
