The horse looks sad with its head that low why the long face

I'm siding with kia and say you need to bring the head up some.

I'm making a sprite sheet of the horse, the image is just of the horse put together.

More seriously, it's in the wrong perspective for Graal. You should be able to see part of the horse's back. Also, hooves should be pointed forward instead of to the side. The way you drew the horses legs makes it look like his legs are twisted to the sides. Adjust the muscle tone/shadows on the legs to make the legs look like they're pointed more forward.

Now that you mention perspective, it really looks like the Graal char is getting it on with that horse.

better perspective but the head seems too small

For a pony, its good but for a horse It's a tad small yup.
Overall though I really like this version compared to the first.

Love the concept and the colors. did a few edits, didn't know you were so good at drawing Omega.
