Castle Tiles
 

So, I was trying to make some tiles for Maloria, but it seems as though they're not good enough.

So, if you have any tips, suggestions or advice to make them better, that'd be greatly appreciated:

I like those walls.

Looks kinda neat, but I think the purple and green kind of clashes a little bit with the rest of the colors. Also, there are several places where borders don't exactly match up, and it's making stuff look funky and clipped.

Those are all problems with the original level. This dude is just locally replacing maloria's castle tiles with his own version to show how they would look in game.

Really just looks more pixelated and gray scale for the worse.

have you seen some of le zod tiles buddy?

Yeah, just replaced the tiles in the folder to show what they would look like.

Don't use a purple carpet, make it dark red or gray.

I had to keep it consistant with the current tiles, I'd gladly change it to a more royal red theme, but then I'd need to come up with a whole new set of floors.

yes but no one wants to redo them :(
