Someone did because 4 Storm Raiders vs 12 Sweep Fleet is totally balanced.

Edit 1:Also the thing is broke again. We didn't get our cakes.
Edit 2: Didn't get Gas at 300.

I will investigate the team balancing issue. As for the prizes, we changed the requirements so I'll leave that down to you to find out.
