why is this even needed

ugh thats already used for events team and the system resources to add this is really stupid x-x

nothing more than a tool to whine when u lose in a pk.

The system resources are minuscule, but there is absolutely no reason you would need to know somebody else's FPS. This suggestion is stupid.

If someone's fps was low you can tell, if it was high you can tell, doesn't really affect anyone other then the player itself.

Does everyone see those red lines on the black window in the screenshot...?

No, it is useless.
Not counting the fact it would never get finished/added.

There'd be nothing to finish or add, really. It already has a function on Era, but it really doesn't serve a legitimate purpose. You can easily tell when someone's FPS dips. They slow down (Think YenroY or Kinetaro pre-2008). It's not like a lag spike where they start jumping around the joint (EG: Godzilla), so you can't mistake the two either.
