No Observer Mode?

My friend said they removed observer mode, this true?

It is removed on some worlds such as Graal Kingdoms, Zone, Zodiac etc.

Observer mode is only disabled for Zone, Kingdoms, Zodiac and Era because those servers have special in-game limitations for trial accounts and also offer special Gelat items.

UN from what I understand is in the process of appealing removal of observer mode, too.
