When you load up Graal, go to the top right and you will see "change community name".
This is after you log in and before you select a server.

You already have a community name.

You cannot change your community name after you've already had it set. (I think)

You can, you just need to contact Stefan to do it.
Originally Stefan made it sound like you'd be able to change it on your own which caused some confusion.
