Spawn New Tileset
 

Yo thought id show off spawns new tileset, havent been on years so its the first thing ive pixeled since i came back. its pretty basic at the moment but its getting there but its frying my skull sooo yeh let me know what u think or ideas on wa to add next :P

sci fi tiles are harrd xD

I hear you Fox :) they are good, just you know, too me it's too dark. For me, maybe not for other people.

Its alright but you're just wasting your time working for a server like Spawn. Mesh just makes random new tilesets and then makes a new gmap every month. And he'll fire you if you don't do everything he says, the server always looks good but it'll never go anywhere.

Also the tileset is just basically the same few tile shapes recolored, mix it up!

yeh mesh is abit of a tool xD i pretty much made all the tiles for spawn :P originally made em for coronia but magus left me too it so i joined spawn but that was 4 years ago. anyway, mesh wouldn be anywhere without me without all them tiles and ill make sure spawn doesnt go in the dumps this time.. im pretty much working on it everyday since i returned. new ideas, new-ish tiles and yeh hoping it'll be class

Nice, except for the glass and grass/sand. Make it simpler to fit in with the other tiles.

Yeah at what Rogue said. I doubt Spawn will really go anywhere to be honest, but you never know, it could happen. Any plans for Spawn?

Same was said about zodiac being a mal clone and wouldn't last long, so while odds are against him, we gotta be optimistic!

Yeah, but I don't enjoy Zod. I mean I played it for a bit then I got bored :(

In a futuristic sci-fi world, the grass would either be extremely well kept and bright, or nonexistent. Having dead, brownish grass, and patches of dirt just doesn't make sense in context.

But the tileset is pretty

I have no idea what you mean. A technologically advanced society would have the means to maintain proper lawn care. Hence, sci-fi grass is either eerily well kept or doesn't exist.

Keep the grass how you want it. Its your server, your story. This 'technologically advanced society' that you are inventing, could have shot dead every scientist working on the perfect grass fertilizer. Its your interpretation. And it doesn't seem too off the wall to me.

Keep us updated. I see you still got a fair amount of bugs on the tileset, but good work overall. I like it.

It's the grass/dirt/lawn from the old tileset, and Mesh makes everything dark and sinister, that's probably why.

Haha. Personally, I don't mind the color as much. But the transitioning could be a hell of a lot better.

I only like the gui, the rest is pretty good but not great. I especially love the gun on the ground? Whats up with that?

ill have you know mesh didn make any of the tiles for spawn. it was all me xD most off them were imported from coronia (my old server). sooo if mesh says he made em. tell him hes full of **** lol
