When I take a screenshot with Alt+2 and record a video with Alt+6, nothing saves.. except when I record a video and play it back, all I can hear is the sound.

Disable Aero or wait for v6. Those are the only two things that have worked for me.

You could always use external software.

There are screen recording programs like hypercam and camtasia.

As for screenshots, you can use the "print screen" button, and copy it into a paint file, and then save it. It's what I do to take screenshots, because it always works.

print screen takes forever... I don't understand why I can't use Graal Capture which quick and easy..

If print screen takes forever, there's something wrong with your computer.

You can't use Graal Capture because there's a problem with it and the Windows Aero effects. Just disable those, as cbk1994 has said.

Hit print screen, open Paint, paste, save. Are you saying you can do that quicker than pressing Alt+2?

Win + Ü
Ctrl + V
Ctrl + S

Doesn't take long. Fraps is a good alternative, too.

Doesn't take that long. However, the person said 'print screen takes forever', not 'hitting print screen, opening paint, pasting, and saving takes forever'.

Still, remains the Video recording... and yes Alt+2 is way faster then print screen and pasting to paint, then saving.

What if I wanted to take more then 1 screen shot within like 5 seconds ?

Should be like you just took a screenshot by clicking Print Screen, and it would be saved in Graal\Screenshots

Not necessarily. But switching around some combinations and using Irfan View instead would be a far better option, because I could then save my screenshot using pngout, which is a lot more efficient.

I use Vista so this should work, would Graal.exe be named as "ExeReplacer" ?
