Hiring Developers for a New Project (w/ Benifits, Read Me)
 

A new server is in the works (the name is still under debate) but the general concept would be a Modern/Classic fusion offering players all the great and unique things a Modern and Classic server would offer.

What I Need:

I currently need the following positions filled (ordered from greatest to moderate need).
- Decent scripter with prior experience working on either a Classic or Hosted server.
- Decent graphics artist with prior experience working on either a Classic or Hosted server.

The Proposition:

The proposition is simple. I will be hiring about 2-3 people for the time-being and those 2-3 people will be compensated for their work. I will be paying real cash for work completed/provided for the server. Payment options are negotiable, and are of no issue. You will be paid either weekly, or for each bundle of work you create, again payment is not an issue.

- Scripters will be required to create the framework (core systems) for the server (ex. currency, weapons scripts) as well as simple projects such as a staff tag system, etc.

- Graphics artists will be required to create a tileset (will be paid for on top of the regular pay) and other simple projects such as trees, and other misc. items.

***UPDATE*** Need one more quality Graphics artist to work with our newly hired Graphics artist. Work will include working on the GUI (tileset is already in the works)

As of right now I need one more scripter and 1 more GAT (already have one of each). Level work I can do by myself atm. Gani will definetly be needed in the near future.

... Do you have proof that you will be able to provide the promised compensation?

I've been skeptical about this too lol.
