Anything special planned for the server that will make it unique? HP system, leveling system, rankings etc etc..The more you share, the more interested people will be in working for you hehe

Wow, this is pretty much the one-minute version of any playerworld's story, with the repetitive parts removed.

Do you possess any dev. skills? Level making, scripting etc etc..If you do, you should check the forum if there pherhaps are any other servers you could work for :)

From the looks of it, I'd say you would do best in just leaving it. As mentioned earlier, this server is already going through the problems that a server with years of history does. However, this is just my opinion. It could turn out to be the salvation of Graal..:asleep:

To be fair you were probably just going be scarred as a developer by making a new similar to Era modern server.

Just get RC on Testbed or something and make whatever you feel like on there. You might even learn something from devs there.

You haven't really explained much about your server, what it's about, what you plan to do, etc.

Cuz there isn't much yet.
We are planning to become Modern we got a tileset but needs be done.
We want much events.
Maybe terroristed island.
A new gmap for Gangs so the people on the MAIN island don't have to suffer under gang wars.

Let the server collapse on itself in a week most likely

You should really get a detailed idea of what you want to do before you start looking for help. You need to appeal to people to support your cause. At the moment however, there doesn't sound like there's much of a cause to appeal to.

Why would anyone want to work on your server, where you are apparently liable to get kicked out with no explanation, where nothing is done yet and where as far as we know no one cool is working?

Why does there need to be someone cool working on there if im already there.
I want anyone to work on our server because we wanna beat era and still have some nice staff formed togetter. Like er has Chris Vimes. We don't wanna hire someone like him

I was kicked out because of a small server crash. One of our system had problems someone changed server options wrong and some of our RCs were deleted.
