Offline addtiledef stopped working

Just today suddenly my tiledefs have stopped working offline. I was working on an overworld that used a custom tileset and now today it doesn't want to load it.

Things I have checked:

> I deleted FILENAMECACHE
> I made sure the tileset was indexed
> I checked tiledefsOffline.txt and it didn't even exist. I created one and it still didn't help anything.

I'm running out of ideas and it's really getting on my nerves.

is the tileset in the same folder as the levels? =o

Yup, but that shouldn't matter since it's all in the Graal folder anyways.

There have been cases where I've had a tileset image on the desktop and for whatever reason that would cause it to not load properly.

Here's an example of what I have in tiledefsOffline.txt. Follow that format and let me know if you're still having trouble. I've had to deal with that problem between nine different gmaps, so I can probably offer some assistance.

Here's some additional advice:
  • Check to make sure that the tileset you're trying to use is 8-bit. The editor doesn't like tiles above that depth, sadly.
  • Check your gmap file in notepad to make sure you have the right levels specified.
  • Make sure there's a loadmap / addtiledef script in one of your levels. (Not always necessary, but sometimes graaleditor gets fussy.)
  • Make sure everything is properly specified in loadgmaps.txt.
  • Try removetiledefs.

No luck :(

removetiledefs; seems to have fixed it... Really odd.

It wouldn't be Graal if you didn't have to use a hack fix.
