Gelat refill by mobile?

Hey guys I wanna get more gold time but when I send CODE to 19995577 it comes back saying telstra isn't supported, I have always used telstra but why can't i use it now?

I'm not sure but I think I read somewhere that Telstra isn't supported.

If it is a prepaid phone then they will not allow you to do that.

It's always worked on prepaid, but when I swithed to a plan it doesn't work

Well seems to me your best bet would be to call your phone company and ask them why.
