new features of how the game looks

Heres a few things one is graal should support 3d models to give a feel of buildings and particles but still have the 2d feel (i enjoy creating 3d models instead of pixels) Second is the camera should make it where u can change the view where u can c behind houses with 3d models ect instead of the default. Also some new features like this could help alot to get a new community cause it can expand the development platform engine an look of the game.

lol good one bro

Rave_J 05-17-2010 06:39 AM

lol it could happen something needs to change for the good 2d is what was cool in 98 an 3d is the new age so why not adjust to it?

It would probably be used twice or so, then never touched again, and considered another wasted project like Graal 3D.

Graal doesn't have 3d model support now?

oo_jazz_oo 05-17-2010 07:42 AM

I thought graal already had 3d model support, it was just very glitchy.

Like, you had to go into opengl mode, then 3d models could be displayed...but other things glitched in opengl mode, such as nick name display, and some images being improperly displayed...

(I remember logging on a uc server long ago and seeing a 3d space ship...but it was only viewable in opengl mode)

ya he can make the level editor to support it the files ect. just something like this or expand the developer kit will bring more delevopers to graal an that can make more contant

it would be sweet to have a classic, sword-type 3D server

The Graal engine (v6/iphone) now supports several 3d formats, we plan to make it possible to display 3d objects in 2d environment.

I don't want to be rude at all Stefan, But can't you first make the orginal PC Version populair again and then start doing iphone? :(

We pay you much more for pc, so that will help you get cash.

He said "v6/iPhone". Not grouping them together. The "v6" part IS the PC version.

Yeah, Besides that. Think more business sensed.

If they're making a good 30 bucks off of about.. 50 or so people maybe that play PC or did. you've got about 1500 bucks right there for i dont know maybe... 6-8 months or a year. then you have 1250 average players probably that have or are to pay 5 dollars for the extra features. That's over 5000 dollars already. They're going to keep helping whats helping them. I mean wouldn't you do the same? Reminder, v5 Graal is basically dead in the money growth right now while iPhone v6 graal is youthful and alive.

Basically it's more simple by placing this as an example.
