It probably depends. I would wait at least a day before following up, but response times are usually within an hour or two.

Sorry, I slept in :( It's now just after midday for me (GMT+10 ftw). I'm going to be reading through Accounts Support and General Support after I've finished with the forums (This is the last thread I need to read actually). I'll respond when I get to yours :)
