GServer/NPCServer updates

The gserver and npcserver for the hosted, private and gold servers have been updated (/activeobjects not on Kingdoms yet though):

Added a new server option:
unstickmetime=30 - sets the time you need to idle before calling the 'unstick me' chat command

New command for NPCServer:
/activeobjects - lists all active objects, this can be used to identify timeout-npcs which don't really need it

Take a gander at the threads in Future Improvements. A lot of those ideas have pretty valid reasons.
