Ok, Fury and i were flying with the broom and we found this pirate ship. And we searched everywhere ( Including the secret level ). Then Xelt told us something about an ancient scroll ( The NPC ).

It wasn't a quest, Xelt was just obsessed with Pirates so he made that ship.

As of now there aren't any official plans on making it a quest either, though I heard rumors of some sort of possibly sinking it in some sort of event.
