Era Management change

I'm pleased to announce that LordSquirt will be taking over management of Era.

I'd also like to thank Salesman for his service. Its a difficult job and we respect the fact that he recognizes the fact he doesn't have the time to put into it that he once had.

I'm sure this will help move Era in a forward direction and the staff will support Squirt in his new position.
