Account went to trial
 
For some reason, my account went to trial mode. I had like 900 gralats left, but all of the sudden they're gone.

Also, the support center link once you login, doesn't work. The link titled "GraalDesk" looks okay from the URL, but it redirects to http://support.graalonline.com/zone/

What is going on?

The support center is offline because it has some security issues with the server and it now redirects to graalonline.com.

If you are subscribed as a gold member on Graal, it will automatically deduct 300 gelats from your account monthly. You can cancel your monthly deduction by going to the shop window in-game.

I know it deducts gralats, why would it go to trial when I had gralats in my account still? Stephen hasn't PM'd me... I really want this to be fixed!

Also, I checked my account - I have 900 gralats left. This is bs that I'm back to trial again, and there's no tech support to fix this.

If you still have to gelats, you just need to re-purchase the subscription (you probably accidentally set it to not auto-renew). Click "Shop" in the bottom-left, then "Gold Subscription", then "Buy Now".

you probably accidently unchecked the automatically resubscribe me when my gold runs out thing.

Yeah, why would you complain when it only takes a minute to re-subscribe manualy.
Really, that auto subscribe again thing makes life easier, but don't take it too seriously to not subscribe again if it's not doing it itself !

Eventually it has automatically paused the subscription because the account was not used for some time. Sorry for the confusion.
