So whats everyones thoughts?

Congratulations to the new PRs. I'm sure they'll all do a fine job.

Please don't taint this thread with USDing accusations, etc. The best thing to to is just to tell Sales about your concern.

I'm fine with the new PRs for the most part, it's a pretty solid list.
I just wanted half an explanation or advise about my app.

who are the new Pr's?

Exolia (SharkeySprinkles), Casper (wizard1st), Travis (LoStSuRfEr1), and LT (0wnz).

Exolia - Good choice, knows what its like to be staff, knows how to enforce the rules.

Casper - Good choice knows the rules and follows them

Travis - Seen him around he seems to be good

LT - I remember the account but I can't remember him as a person


I dont get why anyone would accuse anyone else of USDing unless they were butthurt about not being chosen

You'd be surprised at the lengths a disappointed person would go to discredit the selectors as they strongly believed they were a very suitable selectee.

Good choice, He is a nice person and likes to help people.. Staff or no staff.

Heard of him, no idea who he is.

This is true. Squirt is a very likeable person, and I know I respect him a lot for this because it keeps conflict to a very low level.

If this is true, you must've really pissed him off somehow.

Why the hell are you back?

Exolia and Casper are the only 2 i have heard of. Nothing but mostly good things. And if LT is the person i know from a year or so back then that was a great choice too! And don't know you Travis but I am always happy to see fresh faces on a staff team instead of recycling old staff members! Good luck :)

I personally hate the way PR staff are chosen. In all honesty, it's about your thought on the person. Their application couldn't mean jack **** so far as showing them to have made an effort. I could absolutely destroy any GP application ever made, but usually I have bad rep with staff because I actually speak my mind to anyone.

tl;dr Hirings are made on pure opinions, no matter how your worth as an actual staff member or the quality of your application.

P.S. Don't believe a staff member when they say they actually like you.

P.P.S What is happening to BH? Since Casper and Exolia leader and co-leader and they're now both staff, what's gonna happen?

I totally agree. Anyone can write well. Wil for PR.

They were given a choice to give it up or give up PR, and they chose to give it up. I think Eko is getting it, not sure though.

Well, I'm not really sure who Travis is. Exolia and Casper are friends of mine who are responsible and good for the job. LT is cool and I don't think he would be biase, but I'm not sure if he has the intelligence to become a good PR. That's what I think :D

None of the people that I hired this time were PRs before. Therefore, while it might be harder for them to start going, I think after a few weeks (1-2) they should get the hang of it and should be just fine.

I will be finding a new leader for BH. Casper and Exolia can continue being recruiter if they want, however, they will not be leader.

Having a huge ban-list for hacking can be good, You know how hackers work haha :P

Just because I wasn't banned for hacking does not mean that i'm oblivious on how hackers work.

Having a ban history shows you're a troublemaker. However, I told you that you have less of a chance, but it's still a chance. I hired some people who have big ban histories (Masa and Cloyd to name a few).

You hired masa? I think he was a GP before you came around wasnt he? Or did you just rehire him?
