Can sombody please supply me with a tileset template

because i need some guidelines to make a tileset

You most certainly do not. http://graal.net/ and http://wiki.graal.net/ go to the exact same place.

Internet Explorer sends me to the graal homepage, Firefox sends me to the wiki.
Stupid IE screwing up again.
I can only use Internet Explorer for forums, since i closed some tabs, and then refreshed, now i get a bad request in firefox.

yeah thats what i ment with close some tabs, couldn't find the right wording for it.

You should be able to fix it by clearing your cookies (Tools > Clear Recent History).
