Password Reset

Hey there. I just wanted to inform everyone to not attempt to change their passwords using GraalOnline's password reset, because it's not working. I attempted to change my password and never received an email to do so. I get an error message saying that I have already tried when I attempt to do it again.

By the way, I did send a support ticket.

I've heard from at least two other people having this very same problem.

Darlene159 10-28-2009 01:24 AM

Yea, someone in a support ticket said the same thing

Sam 10-28-2009 01:28 AM

I have that problem too.

cbk1994 10-28-2009 01:28 AM

Sometimes it works for me, other times not. It worked last time, but other times I'm have to make tickets.

It's very weird, I have no idea why it would be such a complicated script that it messes up so much.

Well, I'm not sure if you've read her thread about it, but just a heads-up that Bell (The accounts admin) said she won't be on for up to 2 weeks.

Stefan may respond to the tickets in the Accounts department in that time if you're lucky though, but there's also a possibility he may not get a moment to.

I'd hope they get some extra gold time for not being able to use their accounts for two weeks.

If someone was unable to use their account for the time Bell's away, that'd be up to Unixmad and Stefan to decide as a Billing-related issue, but I'd certainly hope there'd be a level of leniency toward the player regarding compensation since it's not their fault Bell's moving house.

Yeah, I know one person who has been bugging me on Era cannot log onto their account at all. They're a Graal# account, so that's precious Gold-time they're wasting.

Well I won't lie, I have told one person those exact words, myself. Of course I mean no offence intended toward Stefan, but it really is true sometimes.

This needs to be handled asap because some people are still paying for their accounts and it's not really fair for them to be losing time due to Graal's password system.

We can currently not send out any automatic e-mail because of a spamming problem a few days ago. Please use the support center if experiencing any problem.

I don't think this is a new problem. I remember throughout the years that i would have to just continuously click change password until i finally got one of the emails.

Also happened to me. But i can't get on the support center.
