Music Composing Team?

Who thinks there should be a team of midi composers for Graal?
I mean, Graal supports midi music, yet any of the music that is on the servers are usually ripped from other games, which makes them copyrighted and not technically allowed..
I'm sure there are people that are musically inclined that could make some great music for Graal, (And this way, we could have something to listen to besides birds chirping and water flowing).
Anyway, I think nicely composed music would add to the atmosphere a lot.

I could compose a piece on my instrement the Bassoon, which is my ticket to collage at the same time:D . But bassoons don't do good solos so when need others.

Heh, why not add MOD support? There are many wonderful MOD, S3Ms, XM, and IT formats that can easily create a good atmosphere for many playerworlds.

Although mods would be of a higher quality for people with older soundcards, they're usually a bit bigger, plus Midi support is already built into Graal...
Some Great stuff can be done with Midi music, we just need to find the people who can do it....

the problem there is that not everyone has a high quality midi playback device. I have to use XGmidi to even get a decent sound, but it tends to have problems and skip horribly.

MODs are better, because you don't need a specialized card for playback. Yes, MOD formats can be a bit big, but they do compress nicely and can be played back in a compressed format.

yeah but noone would know if the music was copyrighted so if anything you get people who make music and have copyrighted songs and then that would be aloud. Other then that it would be too risky

I guess no one ever told you that any type of media you make whether it be images, movies, music, or sound, is automatically copyrighted to you. To get it legaly patented so that no one can steal it is a different thing.

yeah i know but how would they know its yours. If you have like papers saying it they will be like ok

Why should it matter? Anything you submit to GraalOnline becomes copyrighted to GraalOnline as stated in the policy you agreed to when you signed up for your account.

its not that its if you take someone elses song from eanother game they wont know if they can use it. If you have prof its yours then it might be possible.
