How do I know if I have a Graphics Card I remember seeing I have one somewhere but I forget I cant see no Light Effects

Chances are you DO have a graphics card heh, trust me. If you are using Windows 95 or newer, you should be able to go into Control Pannel, then into System, and look for your video card there. It should tell you what the card is and who made it.

Then, you can try to get the latest drivers for it. And assuming you have directx installed, you could be able to see the lights... it depends on your card.
