recently there has been talk of the "grestest" Graal Scripter as so this is a pole to pin point the most important thing when judging an NPC and its scripter ....

With good idea's and graphics a scripter can go far...

There is no way to be a best scripter, just like with graphics there are different styles of scripting, some people are better at one style while others are better at another style.

this is not to point out the best scripter this is just for judging npcs ....

No matter how complicated an NPC is, if it's not creative, interesting, and fun to use, it's still not that great of an NPC. After all NPCs were made for the players, not for the scripters.

I personally belive that Knowledge of scriting can play a key role ... sometimes creativity may cause problems but it is still good ....

Creativity is the thing that can make anyone look good, ewven if teh script stinks....

I agree with Rebel... the only thing that makes et moi even a decent scripter is creativity...

I know! Even short scripts can be fun to use and see!

Yeah, like that guy a while back that got bored, and started playing around with scripts, and finally says: "I wonder how you script the horse breath...." and he started dooing a little research and now we have teh spyfire weapon, although me or Kai would probably figure it out eventually, I give credit to creattivity....
