Frog would let you swim faster, as fast as a Bomy, but better control, but you move slow on land.

Bomy Shell would make your max hit points rise while wearing

Toadstool would heal you .5 every 10 seconds, or as long as it takes a bed to heal you .5

I can't think of any others, but also some could cause a transformation.
Wearing the Frog could be like wearing a Frog Suit from Mario, that would be how it would look.

Of course, somehow these hats would have to become rarer, and be worth more...
So for this to work, it'd have to be NEW hats that were introduced that could do that, and expensive.

Maybe restocking the shops of these hats, but the hats have those powers, are very little of, and are expensive?
say they each restock with 10, and cost 150g?

maybe oinly a small percent of the hats out there have powers for example the frog hat makes you swim fast but only a random 15% of the hats can do that.
