Problem with ET
 

Ok i'm a new ET member but i already see the problem.
Most ET members are newbies that don't even know how to work it, for example i had no idea what the events where that i could hold and nobody would tell me, i had to figure it out by myself the only one that helped me was Twiz and lycia told me where buildings where.
Also we dont hold many events because we dont have prizes to give away. We have to ask lycia first to give them a prize either that or its our own equipment that we use. Which I think it is totally out of hand. ET needs alot of work. I admit it, its just hard for some of us ET members like me cause i dont spend hours on graal and i dont have much money of my OWN to give out so i have to wait for lycia to get on to give me a prize to give away.
And now we aren't allowed to hold survivor events. WHICH IS DUMB. Survivor was like our best event, now we are stuck with CS, races, other stuff that we do over and over and over.
We need new events and fast it would help billions if we could get some levels made. Also make a charter for ET members so the new ET members will understand. I had to figure it out for myself.

Give your own money, even for small prizes.
When I was in ST I made money prizes althrough I didn't have so much money and I hosted alone, no one in ST asked Satan for the money.

ET's used to get paid 20 gralats a day when Sparkplug was ET admin, and every ET member held at least two or three events a day. That means your going to get a whole lot of events. Some had to be canceled sometimes because there were too many

Today, maybe one or two events a day (mostly CS and survivors, which suck) :( and ET's need "donations". THese "donations" as you've probably already figured out don't all go to the events, they go into ET's pocket for their own financial gain. And sometimes prizes are as dumb as a shovel or watering can. Hello! I don't want a stupid shovel or watering can (which I already have) for an event. Neither do I want an instrument. I want money. Money is the one universal thing which can get you all these items.

I hope there is change, and soon, because ET right now is more of a begging institution than a team that is supposed to give Graalians fun

For one thing ET's can host survivor, dont know why you think you cant. that sign needs an update.

Im sorry I havent been doing many events lately. Afew recent tragedies have been happening IRL (grandma died, cousin in car crash, and i had to help my aunt move) all over the last 2 weeks or so. Im also a little broke, and I DO NOT pocket any donations, just to let you know. Ill start holding more events ASAP.

Newbies like Rone are what give us a bad name.
I'm holding a even and he comes on the island as a dragon and starts killing everybody.
So they lose because of him being a big dumb idiot. He was practically crying to lycia about me, i quit being a event team member its dull.
Plus i dont want to be in it with newbies like Rone that think he is the oldest player on graal

I just want to know one thing:

If you dont know where all the events are, they WHO the heck hired you and WHY?

Do people just not care anymore who is staff and who isn't? They dont even take the time to make sure people are fit for the job?

And we're paying 30 bucks for this junk?
