House Improvement!
 

I think there should be something like where the owner of the house sets the day and time and how much the rent is on every room and the player that owns that room with that key can say like pay room rent "amount" and it goes there that way the owners wont have to collect it every day and for the time and day we set it for if the amount is payed by then it autoly takes the key away. And the owner of the house can withdraw their rent like withdraw room rent 1 and we cant withdraw it unless theres the correct amount in or the room has no owner. Is this a good idea? it'd be alot less hassel for house owners

but what if they people who own the house set the keys for 10 when the person buys the key, then sets it for like 1000 when rent time comes, essentially robbing the tenants blind?

Yes, there should! My level still doesnt not have working rooms, I yet I still have to pay rent!

Loriel sent me my house level to edit and i am done, and all i need is for it to be uploaded. :)

Ummm... uploading levels quickly? You know what that sounds like to me? The end of graal2001 forever..

Why do I say that? Because if the levels aren't checked since they are uploaded quickly, someone could sneak in an npc that gives them 100 gralat everytime they touch it or something.. Or gives out weapons, items.. etc.. The levels have to be checked or else there might be some serious problems.

I think houses should be done away with and there should be a public bank.. that charges money to rent safes.. cause house owners only give friends keys

If we give keys to friends then live with it, we worked for the money for these houses and we should be able to do what we want with them. I am doing it for business same as Mr. Demon God
