The red ribbon army is a cult thing from the shows DragonBall and DragonBallZ, and in both shows, has a major plot point....very easily recognizable

The "Red Ribbon Army" wore an RR on their clothing(or hats), to symbolize that they were from the Red Ribbon Army.

I tried to find some images of the Andriods that were wearing RR hats at www.dablackgoku.com, but he had some problems in the past with his files, plus he's got a new layout, so they're gone now =\
Although I bet if you were to search for "Red Ribbon Army", you would get alot of Dragon Ball series results.
