I've noticed that a lot of people have been using those PHP rotators... now here's the question: What service do you use for the script and what script do you use? I have all these siggies laying around that I want to include in a rotator :D

PHP?

PHP script uploaded along with your graphics in a directory on a server that supports mySQL.

With a PHP script and several signature images in the same directory on a mySQL compatible server, a random signature of the images you have selected will be displayed.

www.swordsmennet.com
we are so fun fun we bought our own domain.

Although I'm not using the rotating script right now because I like my ultra l33t wizard pimp sig.

Oh and the original script was from Distorbiant (0v3rl0rd). He gave it to me and Archangel and Arch gave it to Lycia who in turn gave it to everyone else you see with it.

Look on any cgi site for banner or image rotators. Not all of them are written in PHP, there are plenty of perl ones too

Here is a link: http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Program...Image_Display/

You can also get Java ones.

Which scripting language would be better to use if my graphics are stored on Angelfire?

greezi 04-09-2001 09:52 PM

Angelfire can't hold PHP or CGI. I don't think so, you need to sign up for a server which supports CGI and PHP etc...

Pago 04-09-2001 10:01 PM

Ok, ok... I admit. Angelfire's gotta go :)
