New tileset so far..
 

It's not near done, but Stefan wants to use the house tiles so here it is.. I still have work to do and things to fix on the edited tiles, along with the addition of a lot more tiles I still need to make. :)

I included a thrown together level demonstrating some of the new tiles uses so everyone can understand what their there for ;)

Ehh.. there's over 100 changed tiles.. I told you it wasn't much, I'm still working on it, Stefan said he wanted to use the house tiles so here it is. :)

/me only sees the tile changes on the windows and 1/2 of the house



are you sure over 100?!? I see only 12 or so, is that the right pic?

Ahhh stupid me I put the old png image in there instead of the new gif.. this should solve both of your problems just download again I uploaded the new one ;)

Haha.... Check it out! I converted the tree into a snow tree! ;) All I need to do for ya now, Koni, is to add the snow..... lol

The tree should also look frozen not just recolored :-)

just copy it into your graal folder / possibly make a copy of the old pics1.png, its not supposed to look good in IE

Personaly, I think that the graas tiles *the ones in the far far left hand upper corner* those look weird now, I rather they be the same just with diffrent shading like the older ones. The trees that murdge together are off some pixles that needs to be fixed, there needs to be more green contrast in the green trees. And I think this tile set should be pics2.png because it dosen't fit with some of the tiling right now on newmain. :) Other than that its very nice. I rather use tot's new tile set right now though :(

Stefan, did you change the tiles a bit? The blue on the windows seems a little off compared to the roof now.. and the pavement tiles seem a bit too bold or something.. what did you save this with? Eh it's ok though I suppose :)

He had to change it to 8-bit paleted mode in .png format, Can you do somthing about the suggestions I menchoned above?

Hmmm... the white just looks odd..... Mind if I add the color that seems to be missing???? BTW: What's the transparancy color for this thing?

Graal doesn't care about the transparent color when the
image is used for drawing tiles
Yes I needed to put the new tiles in the old pics1.png
so that the old backpals still work. I have changed
some colors in the pics1.png, some others were hard
to do thats why the road tiles look slightly different,
may I can fix it by changing some almost unused color.

I think the trees look perfect, it doesn't fit 100% when
used as forest but its not a big thing, but it can be
changed if needed.

Yes it will be named pics2.png when the new
graal version is released.

If there's gonna be new lava tiles, don't change the ones used in Zalactic Labs too drastically... or I'll have to redo alot to make it look good again...

BTW: Stefan, I'm gonna add the waterfall that I made to the PNG. Yes, I know... The tiles are used in TOT, but if you haven't heard yet, TOT is dying... and even if they do survive, I don't know if they'll use my stuff... soooooo I'll post the tiles in there... and just to let ya know, they look pretty good ;)

Yeah, some of the tiles dont join very well, and you will need to fix up alot of the levels currently online.
Also png's like the treetop would have to be changed since they do not look like the new tree tiles.

Well, GodSpeed's looks a bit messed up in the tiling for the walls (Outside), also we need to change the tree pngs since they won't look like the new ones...

Also, the house tiles will need to be changed, and I noticed some other stuff, but I forget what it was....

ugh..I don't like it when people who aren't Graal2001 staff get this kind of stuff.Maybe some of the people like the mods should be removed from here..*cough*

I'm going to ask him to not use the tileset anymore and for the name of who gave it to him.
