level.variables for clientside scripts

Can you make it so level.variables work with clientside scripts? Boco put panning on Bravo, and it doesn't seem to be working.

Also fix the command:

lighteffectsenabled

panning? isnt that what they do for people who are throwing up?

I had that idea too...
I thought they had already used the idea or thought of it when I first saw the water can on NewMain(it looked like people were panning the rivers at first untill I realized they were water cans).

Hey. I created the panning script 2 months ago, but then was too lazy to upload it. Recently, Zorg (I think) made a little stream in the world and asked for the script, which I gave it to him. We found out it was bugged, so he added the level.variables into the npc itself so it would work. I then deleted the npc because we were doing something, so it now doesn't work.

Fix LIGHTEFFECTSENABLED please!
